How To Cook Log Cabin Maple Ribs

All you need to do is that the ribs can marinate. No high fructose corn syrup to making your own barbeque sauce.
Ingredients:
- 12 pork spare ribs
- 12 chicken thighs, with skin and bones
- 4 tablespoons/1/4 cup maple syrup
- 6 unpeeled garlic cloves
- 1 cup apple juice, as sharp as possible
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick, halved
Directions :
1. Take a dish to put the ribs and chicken pieces.
2. Put all the remaining ingredients together, then covering the dish.
3. Put the dish in the refrigerator, and leave to marinade overnight or up to 2 days.
4. Take the dish out of the refrigerator
5. preheat the oven to 200C/400 degrees F.
6. Put the contents of the dish into 1 or 2 large roasting trays (put the chicken in the skin side up)
7. Once in the smoker, cook for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, until become sticky and glossed conker-brown.
