			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div><strong>Not everyone has a smoker,</strong> the time to use it or even a deck to put it on. Recently, I&#8217;ve bought one, and I love use it to cook up ribs and shoulder roasts.</div>
<div>Today I will give a simple recipe for Maple Ribs that you can start before you want to eat. Just less than an hour.</div>
<h3>How To Cook Log Cabin Maple Ribs</h3>

<p><strong>All you need to do is that the ribs can marinate</strong>. No high fructose corn syrup to making your own barbeque sauce.</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<ul>
<li class="ingredient"><span style="font-family: mceinline;">12</span> pork spare ribs</li>
<li class="ingredient">12 chicken thighs, with skin and bones</li>
<li class="ingredient">4 tablespoons/1/4 cup maple syrup</li>
<li class="ingredient">6 unpeeled garlic cloves</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 cup apple juice, as sharp as possible</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 tablespoons <a class="cimotif">vegetable </a>oil</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 tablespoons soy sauce</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 star anise</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 cinnamon stick, halved</li>
</ul>
<p>Directions :</p>
<p class="instructions"><strong>1. </strong>Take a dish to put the ribs and chicken pieces.</p>
<p class="instructions"><strong>2.</strong> Put all the remaining ingredients together, then covering the dish.</p>
<p class="instructions"><strong>3.</strong> Put the dish in the refrigerator, and leave to marinade overnight or up to 2 days.</p>
<p class="instructions"><strong>4.</strong> Take the dish out of the refrigerator</p>
<p class="instructions"><strong>5. </strong>preheat the oven to 200C/400 degrees F.</p>
<p class="instructions"><strong>6.</strong> Put the contents of the dish into 1 or 2 large roasting trays (put the chicken in the skin side up)</p>
<p class="instructions"><strong>7.</strong> Once in the smoker, cook for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, until become sticky and glossed conker-brown.</p>

<li>minLevel: Easy</li>
<li>Yield: 6 to 8 servings</li>
